Plasmanex 1 ®
Plasmanex 1 ®:
The active ingredient in Plasmanex 1 ® is Bacillopeptidase F Proprietary Blend (BFPB). BFPB is an innovative blend of natural ingredients. The complex contains Bacillopeptidase F, a natural soy peptide enzyme extracted by using a patented fermentation process, (Patent No JP3532503). The enzyme is isolated from natto to form a unique molecule shown in scientific research to support healthy blood circulation.*
Plasmanex 1 ® Q and A:
Q. What is the importance of healthy blood circulation?
A. Healthy circulation in the vessels can help prevent blood clots. Disease states impacted by clots include: heart attacks, cerebral infarction (stroke) and pulmonary thromboembolism, (blood clots to the lung). Lifestyle factors such as obesity, aging, dehydration, pregnancy, cardiovascular disease and conditions acerbated by cancer. In addition, long distance and frequent travel are contribution factors to blood clot formation. Plasmanex 1 ® helps maintain and support optimum blood circulation.*
Q. Why does blood clot formation increase with aging, being overweight and faulty metabolism?
A. The body produces plasmin and related products which maintain enzymes with the ability to break up clots by dissolving fibrin, the material that forms blood clots and eventually entangles red cells and platelets to form the clot. As we age, the body produces less plasmin while fibrinogen and fibrin levels increase. Therefore, the higher the level of fibrinogen, the greater the possibility of developing blood clots. Furthermore, the older one gets the more clotting and less clot busting ability one has. Increased blot clot formation in millions of Americans each year enhances the incidence of heart attacks, strokes, and limb loss that are the direct or indirect result from unnecessary blood clots, leading to death or permanent disability. Being overweight is an indication of faulty metabolism. Faulty metabolism can be the result of high triglyceride and low HDL levels.
Q. How does fibrin effect coagulation or clotting?
A. Blood clotting occurs when the blood clotting enzyme, thrombin, breaks-down a protein called fibrinogen to create a fibrous material called fibrin. Fibrin creates a web that traps white and red blood cells with platelets and results in clotting. Excessive thrombin or fibrinogen may result in higher levels of fibrin which in turn forms blood clots in the circulatory system.
Q. What Benefits can Plasmanex 1 ® Deliver?
A. Scientific research has shown that BFPB in Plasmanex 1 ® can:
- Support healthy blood circulation*
- Reduce the cold and numbing in extremities, especially important in winter months
- Maintain normal blood circulation by sustaining a balance between blood clot formation and blood clot dissolution*
- Lesson blood clot complications caused by unhealthy lifestyle, prolonged travel, and occupations requiring standing for long periods of time*
- Promote optimal heart health*
Q. Why is Plasmanex 1 ® superior to Nattokinase?
A. Nattokinase is a fibrinolytic protease, which by nature is an enzyme whose basic function is to hydrolyze proteins. Proteins can be broken down to either peptides or peptides and amino acids to make them absorbable. They may also facilitate reduction of plaque formation, but there are no credible clinical trials backing that function.
Plasmanex 1 ® is an NKCP compound that has a multitude of functions, formed by a secret formulation using a fermentation process markedly different from Nattokinase predominantly in the type of bacteria used as well as type of solution. Organisms used are “Halotolerant” that is they survive in mild salt solutions, which would normally kill the bacteria used for the production of Nattokinase.
Halotolerant bacterial concept (used in Plasmanex 1 ®) also leads to a markedly more potent enzyme that has a broader functional capability. Thus the change in bacteria as well as the basic solution make them entirely different products. With markedly higher potency for Plasmanex 1 ®, Nattokinase predominantly effects fibrinogen function, while Plasmanex 1 ® lowers PAI-1 back to normal levels returning coagulation back to normal. Plasminogen Activator Inhibitor -1 (PAI-1) is a protein, which when elevated can increase the risk of thrombosis and atherosclerosis.
Q. Can Plasmanex 1 ® be taken safely with warfarin and other blood thinners?
A. Yes, Plasmanex 1 ® is safe and can be taken with blood thinners. Scientific research confirms that Plasmanex 1 ® can be taken with warfarin without negative reactions or side effects, (ref: Functionality Research Report, September 2006, Interaction between warfarin and functional foods derived from Bacillus subtilis natto, Masahito Hitosugi, Xia Zhu, Hisayoshi Kato, Shogo Tokudome).
